The Chelsea fascinator is a stunning, show stopping fascinator. It comprises of a small sinamay disc (4″) trimmed with a delicate ball of cut coque feathers. The Chelsea can be made in up to three different colours, or just one if you’d prefer.

We will then be in touch to help you choose colours to match your outfit and the occasion perfectly.
